Our Process of Khulla is straight forward insha Allah, please read this carefully to provide the information required:

Please note that all fees are non refundable therefore kindly make sure that you are certain prior to applying

Your full name address and dob
Photographic ID passport or drivers licence
Nikah nama if you have it
Haq if available mahar paid or deferred amount
Date and place of nikah
Husbands full name dob and address or last known address
His email address
His what’s app number
Breif reason for khulla application
Number of children and their ages pls
If you have a decree absolute pls do let us have a copy of that too

If you are a single parent and cannot afford to pay the full fee please do enquire about our conditional fee arrangement by emailing us
